摘要: Decision support systems (DSSs) in healthcare have generally targeted quality, risk mitigation, productivity, and profitability outcomes of hospitals. This chapter reviews advances made by DSSs supporting these areas opportunities that remain. We argue the role improving learning for decision makers is crucial present steps to facilitate this. Changes behavior physicians administrators will be critical success DSSs. cite information technologies available improve making frame research questions future researchers. Finally, we propose involve development capabilities integrate various types data, recognize patterns, take proactive actions.
