摘要: Abstract Traditionally, a project should deliver agreed upon functionality on time and within budget. This study examines the mindset of software development managers in regard to how they ‘define’ successful order arrive at richer perspective ‘success’ from managers. Senior management members team can gain better understanding regarding some aspects their work as whole. Such facilitate communication cooperation among these groups. We investigated components developed system (project) terms delivered (outcome/project) place traditional measures success context with other organizational/managerial that have been suggested literature. also specific work-related items. These items potential implications for intrinsic motivation manager. The consensus who participated our indicated delivering meets customer/user requirements works intended through provides sense quality personal achievement are important lead being considered success.
