摘要: Two segments constitute thedorsal sector: I to the left and in front of inferior vena cava, IX right cava; they are united inferiorly by caudate process. Segment includes lobe, segment is incorporated posterior surface liver. Small dorsal pedicles, which quite numerous, arise from margin main portal elements, ascend upward. receives twigs or livers, many lateral pedicle (67 biliary branches enter duct, unique duct three cases). consists subsegments. IXb lies under interval between middle superior hepatic veins, 40% cases examined veins come vein bifurcation, 6 ducts 40 extend higher than plane 18 reaching upper IXc vein, IXd a vertical passing vein. Hepatic cava directly, sometimes veins.
