摘要: Converting conventional farms to organic systems improve ecosystem health is an emerging trend in recent decades, yet little explored what extent and how this process drives the taxonomic diversity functional capacity of above-ground microbes. This study was, therefore, conducted investigate effects agricultural management, i.e., organic, transition, conventional, on structure function sugarcane phyllosphere microbial community using shotgun metagenomics approach. Comparative metagenome analysis exhibited that farming practices strongly influenced diversities, as well co-occurrence interactions A complex network with highest connectivity was observed farming, indicating strong resilient capabilities its cope dynamic environmental stressors. Organic also harbored genus Streptomyces potential keystone species plant growth-promoting bacteria signatures, including Mesorhizobium loti, Bradyrhizobium sp. SG09, Lactobacillus plantarum, Bacillus cellulosilyticus. Interestingly, numerous toxic compound-degrading were specifically enriched transition which might suggest their essential roles transformation farming. Moreover, practice diminished abundance genes related cell motility energy metabolism microbes, could negatively contribute lower habitat. Altogether, our results demonstrated response sugarcane-associated microbiota specific managements played vital sustainable production.
