摘要: Two murine mAb were prepared against human mast cell carboxypeptidase (HMC-CP) purified from skin, and termed CP1 CP2, respectively. Double immunohistochemical labeling of Carnoy's-fixed sections lung, gastrointestinal tissue with respectively, a monoclonal antitryptase antibody demonstrated that HMC-CP was selectively present in subset cells. experiments anti-chymase the presence tryptase-positive, chymase-positive type (MCTC) only. Immunohistochemical peripheral blood leukocytes resulted staining monocytes CP2 but not CP1. In addition to chymase cathepsin-G like proteinase, is another neutral protease MCTC cells cell, thus extending biochemical definition heterogeneity.
