摘要: Objective: Maternal serum placenta growth factor levels have been shown to be significantly reduced in women with established preeclampsia. However, the temporal change before clinical onset of preeclampsia is not known. Study Design: Serum samples were collected from patients at first prenatal (5-15 weeks’ gestation), second-trimester (16-20 and third-trimester (26-30 gestation) visits. determined analyzed according pregnancy outcome. Results: during normal gestation increased dramatically third trimester. At same gestational time points, contrast, lower found whom mild or severe eventually developed (P < .01). Low maternal early associated a significant odds ratio for development .005). Conclusion: Relatively decreased occur preeclampsia, which suggests that measurement could used discriminate those pregnancies predisposed (Am J Obstet Gynecol 2001;184:1267-72.)
