摘要: Nanoparticles can be used in biomedical applications, where they facilitate laboratory diagnostics, or medical drug targeting. They are for vivo applications such as contrast agent magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), tumor therapy cardiovascular disease. Very promising nanoparticles these superparamagnetic based on a core consisting of iron oxides (SPION) that targeted through external magnets. SPION coated with biocompatible materials and functionalized drugs, proteins plasmids. In this review, the characteristics sector introduced discussed.
