摘要: Wheat and rye straws were pretreated with ozone to increase the enzymatic hydrolysis extent of potentially fermentable sugars. Through a 2(5-1) factorial design, this work studies influence five operating parameters (moisture content, particle size, concentration, type biomass air/ozone flow rate) on ozonization pretreatment straw in fixed bed reactor under room conditions. The acid insoluble lignin content was reduced all experiments involving hemicellulose degradation. Near negligible losses cellulose observed. Enzymatic yields up 88.6% 57% obtained compared 29% 16% non-ozonated wheat respectively. Moisture showed most significant effects ozonolysis. Additionally, ozonolysis basic medium sodium hydroxide evidenced reduction solubilization and/or degradation reliable
