摘要: Abstract The comet assay was used to study the DNA damage that induced by dimethoate in hemocyte cells of adult Chorthippus biguttulus grasshoppers (Insecta: Orthoptera) originated from two sites with varying levels pollution. primary focus examine whether continuous exposure environmental stress can modify effect pesticides on genome stability. After three days acclimation laboratory conditions, level hemocytes Bow-winged within a similar range insects both areas. However, following treatment significantly higher reference area (Pogoria) than individuals heavily polluted location (Szopienice). Four hours after pesticide treatment, Tail (TDNA) male and female specimens Pogoria as high 75% 50% respectively, whereas values males females Szopienice only reached 30% 20%, respectively. A rapid decrease observed populations 24 h application. habitat an insect (site), administration (treatment), period application (time), all influenced damage. No interactions related TDNA were between variables ‘sex’ ‘treatment’. Similarly, variable ‘sex’, when analyzed alongside ‘treatment’ ‘site’ (the which collected), or ‘time’ had no influence TL. Exposure undoubtedly contributed formation C. biguttulus. clearly dependent place where captured.
