Evaluation of new surfactant expanded zirconium and titanium phosphates for polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons extraction from waters.

摘要: A newly synthesized family of materials prepared with surfactant as organic template were tested for the extraction polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) from water, using pyrene (Pyr) and benzo[a]pyrene (B[a]P) PAHs representatives. Particular attention was paid to evaluation recovery factors dichloromethane eluent in order estimate their potential adsorbing solid phases PAH remediation or analysis. Eleven lamellar MCM-50 type incorporating n-alkyl- (n ¼ 12, 16, 18) trimethylammonium bromide molecules different concentrations chain lengths two hexagonal MCM-41 octadecyl-trimethyl ammonium tested. Best results obtained by preparing zirconium titanium phosphates presence n-dodecyl-trimethylammonium at a relative molar concentration (surfactant/phosphate) 1. 2004 Elsevier Ltd.
