摘要: Abstract Analogs of human and rat growth hormone-releasing factor (hGRF rGRF), related to [D-Arg 2 ]hGRF(1–29)NH , were synthesized by solid phase methodology. Their capacity inhibit hormone secretion stimulated hGRF(1–44)NH was tested on anterior pituitary cells in monolayer culture. Among the analogs hGRF, 2,29 ,Arg 30 ]hGRF(1–30)NH showed highest antagonistic potency 3.64 relative = 1. However, most potent analog thus far [N-Ac-His 1 D-Arg ,Ala 15 ]rGRF(1–29)NH which a 27.7.
