AVANÇOS NO DIAGNÓSTICO E TRATAMENTO DA ARTRITE REUMATÓIDE

摘要: A artrite reumatoide (AR) e considerada uma doenca inflamatoria cronica, de origem auto-imune, mas etiologia ainda desconhecida, que causa dano progressivo no sistema musculoesqueletico. Com a progressao da doenca, os pacientes com AR desenvolvem incapacidade para realizacao suas atividades, impacto economico significativo o paciente sociedade. Nas ultimas decadas, houve significativa evolucao na forma abordagem terapeutica doenca. Metodos laboratoriais imagem foram desenvolvidos, contribuindo diagnostico mais precoce determinacao prognostico. Tais mudancas motivaram esta revisao literatura. Para tanto, foi realizada formal literatura sobre tema, atraves um levantamento bibliografico, partir mecanismos busca eletronica. Foram consultadas as bases dados Scielo, Google Academico, PubMed, Medline ScienceDirect outros sites pesquisa cientifica disponiveis rede, acessando artigos cientificos publicados ate ano 2011.
