摘要: This is a quantitative study of the social networks and intercultural adjustment issue post-80s rural migrant workers in Shanghai. The present used SPSS to process data collected Shanghai, biggest metropolis which has also undergone most foreign influences China. One hundred fifty four (n=154) valid self-designed questionnaires were included personal information, scales on as well measuring network. Rural migrants’ communication networks, adjustment, relations network explored respectively. results indicate that these are not random, but exhibit features both small-world homogenous networks. implies individual’s network’s size, density homogeneity have correlations with group’s factors. As migrating weak group, this provides an perspective related terms integration second generation workers.
