摘要: A new system for the rapid identification of gram-negative bacilli on Autobac is described. This utilizes growth inhibition profiles to a panel differentially inhibitory chemical agents. These are analyzed with two-stage quadratic discriminant analysis arrive at organism identification. The identifies 30 different groups bacilli, including most clinically significant Enterobacteriaceae and glucose nonfermenters. total 3,726 strains, distributed among groups, was tested. agreed conventional biochemical 88.4% time.
