摘要: Multiple system atrophy is a progressive neurodegenerative disorder that characterized by autonomic failure, cerebellar ataxia and parkinsonism syndrome in various combinations. In spite of the presence well-established clinical criteria for multiple atrophy, ante-mortem diagnosis difficult. our case report, we present 78-year-old female patient who presented with early aphasia severe dysfunction. Two years after appearance first symptoms, she fulfilled all major probable rapid progression. addition, brain magnetic resonance imaging fluorodeoxyglucose-positron emission tomography findings were more typical supranuclear palsy. Clinically differentiating from palsy other similar disorders may be challenging stages disease, especially atypical disease presentation.
