摘要: The effects of caffeine consumption on rates change in bone mineral density (BMD) were examined 205 healthy, nonsmoking, postmenopausal women. BMD the spine and total body measured by dual-energy x-ray absorptiometry, dietary intakes food-frequency questionnaire. Among women with calcium above median (744 mg/d), 1-y change--adjusted for years since menopause, mass index, physical activity, baseline BMD--did not differ intake. However, among consuming less calcium, those highest (> 450 mg/d) had significantly more loss (ANCOVA, P < 0.05) than did (0-171 182-419 mg/d). Percent lowest to tertile was 0.26 +/- 2.74, 0.70 2.70, -1.36 2.70 at -0.19 1.24, 0.23 1.23, -0.68 1.25 body. Daily amounts equal or greater that obtained from about two three servings brewed coffee may accelerate below recommended allowance 800 mg.
