摘要: To introduce application status and illustrate the good utilisation potential of biomass pyrolytic polygeneration using retort reactors, properties major products economic viability commercial factories were investigated. The capacity one factory was about 3000t per year, which converted into 1000t charcoal, 950,000Nm(3) biogas, 270t woody tar, 950t vinegar. Charcoal fuel gas had LHV 31MJ/kg 12MJ/m(3), respectively, indicating their for use as fuels. tar rich in phenols, while vinegar contained large quantities water acetic acid. analysis showed that this technology could be profitable, initial investment recouped over lifetime. This offered a promising means converting abundant agricultural high-value products.
