摘要: It is understood that potential outbreaks of infectious diseases may cause significant impacts on hospital service quality. System simulation study provides essential grounds to quantitatively evaluate the robustness current medical systems in preparing next outbreak. The project attempts improve accident and emergency department (AED) quality by enhancing its operation efficiency. To achieve target, a which focuses investigating causes failure meeting waiting time pledge, particular for Category III IV cases, being carried out. This paper details planning design data collection system AED simulation. model able facilitate workflow decision making examine possible process improvement initiatives. development valid clinical decision-making, facility resource allocation, capacity planning, evaluation treatment efficacy, reengineering.
