摘要: This paper examines the issues that arise when transferring and displaying pathology data in electronic health records determines strategies available to mitigate any risks involved transfer. A review was undertaken of English-speaking literature on Australian government policy concerning records, processes for these systems, ownership results once leaves domain laboratory information system types failures encountered transfer display results.Published indicates benefits outweigh disadvantages. However, using standard Health Level 7 communication protocol can lead errors translation alter subsequent reference intervals. The responsible entity assuring accuracy applications is not always clear.Patient will increasingly be accessed from records. Some problems with eliminated or minimized if intended use record considered designing interfaced systems. transference within a context facilitates accurate interpretation remains challenging.
