摘要: Neurotrophins such as brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) are thought to be transferred from post- presynaptic neurons and involved in the formation plasticity of neural circuits. However, direct evidence for a transneuronal transfer BDNF its relation neuronal activity remains elusive. We simultaneously injected complementary DNAs green fluorescent protein (GFP)-tagged red fluorescence into nucleus single visualized expression, localization, transport living neurons. Fluorescent puncta representing moved axons anterograde direction, though some retrogradely, postsynaptic an activity-dependent manner.
