摘要: The solubility and mode of incorporation for BaO in BaTiO3 were studied by X-ray powder diffraction, scanning transmission electron microscopy, probe microanalysis, equilibrium electrical conductivity measurements. presence barium orthotitanate, Ba2TiO4, as a second phase samples containing >0.1 mol% excess was confirmed direct microscopic examination. There no evidence to support the into Ruddlesden-Popper type superlattice ordering mechanism. Measurement showed detectable shift profile resulting from BaO, thus setting an upper limit 100 ppm BaTiO3.
