摘要: A modified QuEChERS method coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was developed for analysis of 14 phthalate esters (PAEs) in grain sorghum (GS). Chemical extraction done acetonitrile followed by dispersive-solid phase technique a mixture sorbents including primary secondary amine and octadecyl silica. Under the optimized condition, matrix-matched calibration curves all PAEs showed good linear relationship concentration range between 5 500 µg/L correlation coefficients (R2) better than 0.99. Mean recoveries were 82.0% 120.2% at spiking levels 0.06, 0.6, 2.0 mg/kg RSD 0.3% to 7.8% (n= 5) intra-day precision 1.2% 7.6% inter-day precision. The LODGSand LOQGSfor 0.4 10.0 µg/kg 0.5 20.0 µg/kg, respectively. Analysis 32 commercial GS samples revealed that dimethyl-, diethyl-, diisobutyl-, dibutyl-, di- (2-ethylhexyl) detected analytes. In addition, content-color scale model applied visualize differences real samples. Principal component did not have distinctive cluster based on their geographic origins. established proven be simple, accurate, effective GS, which might also other matrices. QuEChERS-based GC-MS determination ubiquitous presence can migrate into GS. Therefore, evaluation total content is helpful understand its impact overall pollution level foods. This study has provided some basic information terms contamination establish relevant standards risk assessment government.
