摘要: Salvia leriifolia Benth. (Lamiaceae) is a medicinal plant with analgesic, hypoglycemic and anti-inflammatory properties. Many of the beneficial effects spp. are attributed to phenolic compounds. The present study aimed determine amounts rosmarinic acid, salvianolic acid B caffeic in roots, leaves calli S. using simple, rapid efficient HPLC method. In addition, effect different combinations 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic kinetin–as growth regulators–on composition was evaluated. results indicated that 3 acids were well separated applied gradient system [C18 (5mm) column; phosphoric 1% methanol as mobile phase].
