Spin‐Coating Preparation of Highly Ordered Photoluminescent Films of Layered PbI2‐Aminoalkyloxysilane Perovskites

摘要: By utilising 3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane (APTMOS) cations and PbI2 as the organic inorganic precursors, respectively, a spin-coated film of layered perovskite-type organic/inorganic derivative APTMOS-PbI4 was prepared. The structure characterised by X-ray diffraction (XRD), UV/Vis absorption infrared red spectroscopy (IR). showed green emission from excitons layers weak blue related to small amount gel adjacent APTMOS cations.
