摘要: Our understanding of pathophysiology hypoxic-ischemic brain damage in preterm infants remains very limited. We studied the amplitudes brainstem auditory evoked response, recorded with 91-910/s clicks, at term after perinatal HI for functional status brainstem. Compared age-matched healthy infants, did not show any major abnormality waves I and III click rates. However, wave V amplitude was reduced significantly 227 (P<0.05), 455 910/s (both P<0.01). V/I ratio slightly 910/s. normal tended to be all rates, differed highest rate (P<0.05). Wave higher rates (455 910/s, P<0.05 0.01). The reduction generally became more significant increase rate. slopes III-V interval-rate function, amplitude-rate function were steeper than both infants. Thus, a that mainly reflects central or function. Brainstem electrophysiology is depressed so impaired HI.
