摘要: The 5 year survival rate for esophageal cancer is very low in registries. crude data (around 3 percent) are not significantly improved when multicentric surveys collect cases either the surgical, or radiation therapy departments, reaching respectively 4 and 6 percent (1, 2). Figures improve restricted to effectively receiving radical treatment. However, current available period 1960–1970 does alter natural history of disease. Radical curative resection tumor best procedure available, with a 20 occidental countries 50 China Japan (3, 4, 5). surgery only feasible small percentage cases. During last 10 years, tendency efficacy has been observed drastic reduction post-operative mortality morbidity, higher ratio ‘effectiveness side effects’ (linear accelerator, computerized dose assessment…) now chemotherapy new agents (of which main cisplatin). An increased at 1 2 years obtained while long term yet available.
