摘要: A commercial latex agglutination test for detecting immunoglobulin G antibody to Toxoplasma gondii, the Syn-Kit Toxotest MT, was evaluated in two laboratories against Sabin-Feldman dye test, indirect immunofluorescence and FIAX. The MT found easy perform required no special equipment or training. more reactive than reference procedures but compared favorably with them. Failure properly detect positive sera early acute cases three other causes concern suggests caution using suspected cases. is useful screening toxoplasma determining serologic status pregnant women.
