摘要: Abstract The aim of this study was to detect landslide using satellite image and apply the probabilistic landslide-susceptibility mapping at Gangneung area, Korea a Geographic Information System (GIS). Landslide locations were identified by change detection technique KOMPSAT-1 (Korea Multipurpose Satellite) EOC (Electro Optical Camera) images checked in field. For mapping, maps topography, geology, soil, forest, lineaments, land cover constructed from spatial data sets. Then, sixteen factors that influence occurrence extracted database. Using detected landslide, relationships calculated frequency ratio, one model. map drawn ration finally, verified comparing with existing locations. As verification result, prediction accuracy showed 86.76%. can be used reduce hazards associated landslides planning.
