摘要: In the present paper, a generalized SPICE simulation model of photovoltaic modules is developed, valid for operating conditions solar irradiance and temperature different from nominal conditions. An extraction procedure parameter determination proposed using datasheet characteristics modules. order to improve accuracy, values voltage V mp current I corresponding maximum power point MPPT, are also used as input data. The computer realization performed in Cadence Capture PSpice environment. description presented. verification developed PV confirms its validity accuracy.
