摘要: Comparative assessment of scientometric indicators is greatly hindered by the different standards valid in science fields and subfields. Indicators concerning to can be compared only after first gauging them against a properly chosen reference standard, their relative standing then compared. Methods selecting scaling procedures are surveyed this study, examples given practical application.
