摘要: This study examines the scope for redistributive government policies based on progressive income taxation and direct transfers. We concentrate case of Hungary. first survey recent developments in economic circumstances household sector changes Hungarian tax-benefit system. then examine changing role personal tax Finally, we consider potential various types transfer, using optimal targeting techniques.
