摘要: With changing climatic conditions and snow cover regime, regional hydrological cycle for a snowy basin will change further available surface water resources be redistributed. Assessing meltwater effect on runoff is the key to safety, under climate warming fast social-economic developing status. In this study, stable isotopic technology was utilized analyze processes, declare response of hydrology together with longterm meteorological observations, in headwater Irtysh River, Chinese Altai Mountains during 1961-2015. The average δ18O values rainfall, snowfall, meltwater, groundwater river 2014–2015 year were -10.9‰, -22.3‰, -21.7‰, -15.7‰ -16.0‰, respectively. results from isotopes, melting observation remote sensing indicated that processes Kayiertesi River Basin mainly occurred snowmelt supplying period April June. contribution reached 58.1% period, but supplied 49.1%, 36.9% 14.0% resource annual runoff, rising air temperature increasing snowfall cold season, equivalent (SWE) had an trend duration declined by about one month including 13-day delay first day 17-day advancement end 1961–2016. Increase SWE provided more resource. However, variations timing resulted redistribution resource, represented increase discharge percentage May, decline June July. This render deficit July when demand high agricultural irrigation industrial manufacture.
