摘要: Plant-parasitic nematodes cause serious crop losses worldwidely. This study intended to discover the antagonistic mechanism of Bacillus cereus strain S2 against Meloidogyne incognita. Treatment with B. resulted in a mortality 77.89% Caenorhabditis elegans (a model organism) and 90.96% M. In pot experiment, control efficiency culture or supernatants were 81.36% 67.42% towards incognita, respectively. field was 58.97% Nematicidal substances isolated from supernatant by polarity gradient extraction, silica gel column chromatography HPLC. Two nematicidal compounds identified as C16 sphingosine phytosphingosine LC-MS. The median lethal concentration determined 0.64 μg/ml. Sphingosine could obviously inhibit reproduction C. elegans, an inhibition rate 42.72% for 24 h. After treatment sphingosine, ROS induced intestinal tract, genital area disappeared nematode. Furthermore, induce systemic resistance tomato, enhance activity defense-related enzymes biocontrol demonstrates its product well provides possibility
