摘要: Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a heterogeneous disease. HCC derived from different stages of cellular differentiation may have clinical and pathobiological behavior. To test the hypothesis that can be classified into two types based on its phenotypic markers (hepatocellular biliary differentiation), liver tissues 290 Chinese patients with were studied. Expression hepatocytic marker (HEP-PAR-reactive antigen), (AE1-AE3, cytokeratin-19), proliferation (Ki-67, proliferating cell nuclear alpha-fetoprotein, p53, transforming growth factor-alpha in tumor tissue assessed by immunohistochemistry. Hepatocytic was detected 99.7% 29.3% these tumors. Clinically, no patient survived for more than 27 weeks compared 22.6% survival rate negative markers. HCCs positive showed features aggressive disease terms poorer (P < 0.001) high-level expression P 0.001; antigen, = 0.0114) without also had higher level alpha-fetoprotein p53 0.0077). Classification (differentiation) has both implications.
