摘要: The insight that the immune system is involved in tumor resistance gaining momentum and this has led to development of immunotherapeutic strategies aiming at enhancement immune-mediated destruction. Although some these have moderate clinical benefit, most stand-alone therapies fail significantly affect progressive disease survival or do so only a minority patients. Research on mechanisms underlying generation responses against tumors evasion by emphasized various simultaneously prevent effective immunity cancer including inefficient presentation antigens dendritic cells induction negative regulation regulatory T-cells (Tregs) myeloid derived suppressor (MDSCs). Thus design improve counteract seems desirable for efficacy. As it unlikely single strategy addresses all necessary requirements, combinatorial act synergistically need be developed. Here we discuss current knowledge prospects treatment with synthetic peptide vaccines stimulate tumor-specific T-cell combined adjuvants, modulating antibodies, cytokines chemotherapy. We conclude approaches best potency accomplish significant destruction but further research required optimize such approaches.
