摘要: Congenital coronary artery anomalies are not common, but it is crucial to identify them as in some cases they can cause myocardial ischemia, arrhythmias, and sudden cardiac death. It also important variants without clinical relevance on their own, complications during surgery or catheter-based interventions occur. The aim of this chapter give a comprehensive concise overview embryology normal anatomy, describe common summarize typical patterns anomalous anatomy. We described three groups according frequency the general population: normal, variant, anomaly. have further subdivided based functional relevance: with obligatory exceptional ischemia. complemented by images taken from invasive angiography, computed tomography, magnetic resonance help illustrate nature anomalies.
