摘要: Summary We used primary cultures of rat brain astroglial cells in order to investigate the interrelationship between PGD 2 and other sleep-promoting substances such as muramyl dipeptide (MDP), lipopolysaccharide (LPS), delta-sleep-inducing peptide (DSIP), uridine, interleukin 1 (IL-1). A large amount was released into culture medium by stimulation with MDP, LPS, IL-1 but DSIP uridine failed stimulate release. These results suggest that may be part series biochemical steps involved induction sleep IL-1.
