摘要: With the increase in demand for total hip and knee arthroplasty, orthopaedic community has seen a dramatic periprosthetic fractures. Given high morbidity mortality associated with these fractures, surgeon needs to be prepared deal this difficult problem. The purpose of article is provide an algorithmic approach that allows easy classification treatment options fractures proximal femur. Such should prevent mismanagement complications.
