摘要: Abstract Carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) is a glycoprotein generally used for diagnosis, prognosis and treatment monitoring of several types tumors, including colorectal cancer. Nucleic acid aptamers are DNA or RNA oligonucleotides capable binding with high specificity affinity to molecular target. The aim this study was obtain specific CEA use as radiopharmaceuticals in cancer diagnosis. Five were selected through the Systematic Evolution Ligands by EXponencial Enrichment (SELEX) tested using T84 (CEA+) Hela (CEA−) cells. Apta 3 5 showed best results presenting cells, dissociation constants (Kd) 60.4 ± 5.7 nM 37.8 ± 5.8 nM, respectively. These indicate that promising candidates identifying tumor cells overexpress CEA.
