摘要: Introduction: Patients having severe hemophilia (levels of deficient factor below 1%) frequently suffer from disabling chronic arthropathy. An adequate substitution treatment using the coagulation VIII or IX concentrates renders an elective surgery feasible. Objective: The objective study was to check results different surgical procedures in hemophilic arthropathies, and propose best protocol their treatment. Methods: This is a retrospective on 26 patients operated Orthopedics Trauma Clinic II, Timisoara, 2002 2005. Elective were mainly performed knee (21 arthroscopic procedures, 1 open arthrodesis), elbow (2 synovectomies, 2 radial head excisions), ankle (1 synovectomy debridement) thigh giant pseudo tumor excision, other minor procedures). after operations moderate knee, arthropathy evaluated, with approximately 24-month follow-up period. Results: Arthroscopic (22) yielded good satisfactory significant improvement according evaluation criteria recommended by World Hemophilia Federation (Gilbert clinical score, Pettersson radiological NUSS MRI score). Conclusion: Mini-invasive produces when specialized center multi-disciplinary approach.
