With broad pattern presentation, sometimes Fascitiis can have rapid growth and appear highly cellular with local aggressiveness on biopsies, thus simulating sarcoma. The aim this paper to present case troublesome diagnosis nodular mimicking Malignant Fibrous Histiocytoma, purpose alert clinicians pathologists difficulties be met in differential between these 2 lesions.
