摘要: Summary Plants respond to pathogen attack by the modulation of a large set genes, which are regulated different types transcription factor (TF). NAC (NAM/ATAF/CUC) and WRKY plant-specific families TFs, have received much attention as transcriptional regulators in plant defence. However, cooperation between TFs disease response remains largely unknown. Our previous study has revealed that two banana fruit MaWRKY1 MaWRKY2, involved salicylic acid (SA)- methyl jasmonate (MeJA)-induced resistance against Colletotrichum musae via binding promoters pathogenesis-related (PR) genes. Here, we found MaNAC1, MaNAC2 MaNAC5 were up-regulated after C. musae infection, also significantly enhanced SA MeJA treatment. Protein–protein interaction analysis showed physically interacted with MaWRKY2. More importantly, dual-luciferase reporter (DLR) assay MaNAC5, MaWRKY2 activators, individually or cooperatively activated activities MaPR1-1, MaPR2, MaPR10c MaCHIL1 Collectively, our results indicate cooperates regulate expression specific PR genes response, contribute at least partially SA- MeJA-induced resistance.
