摘要: Abstract The semi-solid oxidation and deformation behavior over 990 °C of Ti14, being a Ti–Al–Cu–Si system (with Cu content greater than 10 wt.%), burn resistant alloy were investigated. results indicate that the weight gain increases obviously with increasing temperature. Only Ti oxides are found in surface layer instead oxides. melting grain boundaries selective diffusion path for oxygen into matrices. During Ti14 deformation, Ti2Cu phases within grains on grow to form coarse network structures.
