摘要: The prevalence and regional distribution patterns of seven different honeybee viruses, i.e. Acute bee paralysis virus (ABPV), Sacbrood (SBV), Black queen cell (BQCV), Deformed wing (DWV), Kashmir (KBV), Chronic (CBPV), Israeli acute (IAPV) were investigated using reverse transcription PCR (RT-PCR) analyses. Bee samples collected in 82 apiaries located 20 districts Croatia, mainly from colonies with various health problems. 9.75 % (apiaries) proved to be infected CBPV, while ABPV, BQCV, SBV, DWV found 10.97 %, 29.26 40.24 95.12 apiaries, respectively. No tested positive for KBV IAPV. Thus, the prevalences CBPV generally lower Croatia compared other European Union member states, whereas was similarly high. possible reasons these differences are discussed. This study provides first molecular evidence presence viruses Croatian honeybees.
