摘要: Recent approaches using nanoparticles engineered for immune regulation have yielded promising results in preclinical models of disease. The number nanoparticle therapies is growing, fueled by innovations nanotechnology and advances understanding the underlying pathogenesis immune-mediated diseases. In particular, recent mechanistic insight into ways which interact with mononuclear phagocyte system impact its function during homeostasis inflammation highlighted potential nanoparticle-based controlling severe while concurrently restoring peripheral tolerance autoimmune Here we review aimed at immune-modulation, discuss these context concepts polymeric development, including particle modification, delivery factors associated successful clinical deployment.
