摘要: ABSTRACT In skeletal muscle, excitation–contraction (EC) coupling relies on the transmission of an intermolecular signal from voltage-sensing regions L-type Ca2+ channel (CaV1.1) in plasma membrane to pore type 1 ryanodine receptor (RyR1) nearly 10 nm away sarcoplasmic reticulum (SR). Even though roles CaV1.1 and RyR1 as voltage sensor SR release channel, respectively, have been established for 25 years, mechanism underlying communication between these two channels remains undefined. course this article, I will review current viewpoints topic with particular emphasis recent studies.
