摘要: This chapter documents the application of NMR spectroscopic methods to studies metabolism cells and perfused organs. Progress in this area is attested by sheer number publications. research stands alone, as a means shedding light on pharmacology organs, but also exists basis for applications vivo clinical situations. Methods obtaining cellular extracts are included, bulk devoted that have been developed obtain spectra from intact tube. Such embedding gels, use microcarrier beads, hollow fibers, spheroids described compared. Most work involves 31P-NMR, some 13C-NMR tracer reported. A section consideration proton monitor metabolism, necessity not only suppressing water signal, removing all signals extracellular origin, which has recently accomplished. Finally organs collated into table could prove useful reader. The question arises relevance results with relative those vivo. As spectroscopy develops, future must address question.
