摘要: Summary Background Ovarian and uterine carcinomas are the most common cause of cancer-related deaths in gynecological malignant diseases. We aimed to assess whether L1 adhesion molecule, an important mediator for cell migration neural tumour cells, is expressed these carcinomas. Methods investigated expression by immunohistochemistry, RT-PCR, Western blot analysis samples. Soluble serum was detected ELISA immunoprecipitation. Findings molecule ovarian tumours a stage-dependent manner. In retrospective study found 46 58 20 72 adenocarcinomas. excellent predictor poor outlook (p Interpretation overexpressed associated with short survival. can serve as new marker prediction clinical outcome could be helpful identify patients who at high risk recurrent disease. cleavage promote dissemination facilitating migration.
