摘要: This invention relates to the non-invasive determination of degree vasoactivity in microcirculation a tissue caused by drug, disease, injury normal or pathological regulation. More specifically, method determining influence on living from an irritative agent, drugs, injuries regulation including, illuminating surface with polarized light, collecting backscattered light through polarizing filter, detecting and photo-sensitive array, transferring collected information digital form computing device, separating into at least two data matrixes, each representing specific wavelength range generating output matrix processing corresponding values matrixes algorithm, wherein value said represents amount source point tissue. Thereby representation is obtained.
