摘要: Abstract Radioactive microspheres were used to measure ovarian and regional blood flow in unanesthetized estrous pseudopregnant rabbits. Ovarian was 5 times higher on Day 9 of pseudopregnancy (9.4 ml. per gram minute) than before ovulation (1.7 minute). The corpora lutea received more 80 cent the total accounted for postovulatory hyperemia. Intravenous injection prostaglandin F 2α (PGF ) caused a significant redistribution flow; corpus luteum decreased while interstitial follicular tissue increased. Our results suggest that prostaglandins play role regulating microcirulation PGF constricts afferent vessels or small arteriovenous anastomoses.
